Just blocks away from the Texas A&M University campus, The Tradition is a privately owned and operated dormitory. The 418-room, 338,000 s.f., 5-story facility includes ground-level retail and food facilities, a swimming pool, parking garage, and other services within the building such as computer labs and fitness center. Inspired by the architectural vernacular of original campus structures, The Tradition is composed primarily of brick with classical detailing.
