Project Description

Baylor Medical Center at Trophy Club is a two-phase project consisting of 125,000 s.f. of medical-related uses. The Center is conveniently situated on a 7.842-acre tract of land, along SH 114. Phase One (65,900 s.f.) of the project encompasses an imaging center, rehabilitation center, cancer treatment center and day surgery center. Phase Two (58,300 s.f.) is a full-service hospital with six ORs, twenty patient rooms, imaging suite, dietary services, and full-service emergency department. This complex serves as a convenient, one-stop, medical facility for the surrounding communities.
