Project Description

McKinney Medical Arts Center is a 55,800 sf, three-story medical office building located in McKinney, Texas. The building is adjacent to a very successful regional hospital and houses the Rena Tarbet Cancer Center – a 10,200 sf medical oncology center with a linear accelerator, managed by one of the leading cancer physicians in the US, who served on President Bush’s President’s Advisory Commission. The facility also contains a 5,400 sf pain management clinic; 8,700 sf imaging center; and various other general medical tenants. The financial structure established by the developer allowed the doctors to share in the ownership of the building.

(Imaging equipment includes a 1 x 1.5T magnet for human imaging (with shell space designed to accommodate future 3T magnet), digital R&F, Nuclear CT, CT/PET, 16 Slice CT, 3 x PACS, 2 x UltraSound)
