Commerce 20 Buildings 1 and 2 are speculative industrial facilities located in the area of the Dallas Intermodal Terminal. Building 1 is approximately 651,830 s.f.; while Building 2 is approximately 488,280 s.f.
The project’s design adheres to the Dallas Green Building Ordinance: meeting the minimum requirements of the Dallas Green Construction Code; or being LEED certifiable; or being Green Built Texas certifiable; or being certifiable under an equivalent green building standard.
