Central Park Medical Plaza is a 21,800 s.f., single-story medical office building with up to 7 tenant spaces. GSRA provided design services for four tenant spaces in conjunction with the shell design (Accent Podiatry/Dr. Bhakta – 8,036 s.f.; General Practice/Dr. Anji Amin – 2,294 s.f.; Express Lab – 1,842 s.f.; and a Spec Suite – 2,572 s.f.). Construction was simultaneous on the shell building and tenant improvements. The building exterior materials are stucco, storefront, and large format tiles.
