Us

Architecture is anything but fixed...

As a result, our design philosophy is one of exploring and evaluating the variables that are part of every project, combining them to ultimately arrive at a unique and appropriate solution.

GSR Andrade Architects, Inc. was founded when a group of like-minded individuals joined forces and made a conscious decision to create a company providing responsive and innovative architectural services to the Dallas community and beyond.

We are a client-focused firm, committed to building and maintaining relationships with our clients, our employees, our consultants, and the community. It is our pledge to deliver quality work and workmanship; understand and implement the best and most appropriate technologies available; and incorporate sustainable planning into our work. Every project is an opportunity for us to take part in a truly interactive process while contributing to the profession of architecture and the built environment.

Offering full architectural, space planning, and documentation services, as well as inter-disciplinary project management and LEED consulting, our staff of more than thirty multi-talented professionals are experienced in many building types – corporate headquarters, educational, residential, healthcare, hospitality, municipal, industrial, sports and recreation, religious, and retail.

History

GSR Andrade Architects, Inc. was formed in 2001 when a group of like-minded individuals joined forces and made a conscious decision to take an existing company (AAE, Inc., founded 1991) to the “next level” by solidifying our ability to provide responsive and innovative architectural services throughout the state of Texas and beyond.

GSR Andrade’s multi-talented professionals are experienced in many building types – healthcare, corporate headquarters, educational, residential, hospitality, municipal, industrial, sports and recreation, religious, and retail. The cumulative experience of GSR Andrade’s personnel is over 400 years and our principals and officers have been involved in projects totaling over $3.5 billion in value.

We are currently certified as a Minority Business Entity by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency, South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency and DFW National Minority Supplier Development Council; and by the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business.
